Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of UpAI. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them and to Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Effective July 17, 20261. The service
UpAI is a productivity app that combines alarms with wake-up missions. It is not a medical device or safety system. UpAI is not an emergency service. Do not rely on UpAI as the only alarm for medication, caregiving, travel, employment, school, or any situation where a missed alarm could cause harm or significant loss.
2. Alarm reliability
Alarm behavior depends on your device, iOS version, permissions, battery, volume, Focus settings, Apple services, and other conditions outside UpAI’s control. Test important alarms on your own device and keep a backup when reliability is critical.
3. Subscriptions, trial, and cancellation
UpAI offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Eligible customers may receive a three-day free trial. The exact localized price, renewal period, and eligibility shown by Apple on the purchase sheet control your transaction.
After any trial, payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in Apple subscription settings; cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally refund the current period. Apple manages billing, refunds, and purchase eligibility.
4. Restore Purchases and device sync
Restore Purchases asks Apple to restore eligible subscription access for the current Media & Purchases Apple Account. It does not restore alarms, QR codes, settings, or history. Portable app data syncs through the user’s private iCloud account, and alarm activation remains per device.
5. Object AI
Object verification uses an automated AI service. Results can be delayed, unavailable, or wrong. UpAI may fall back to another mission when verification fails or the service is unavailable. Do not use the AI result for safety, identity, medical, legal, or financial decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security or rate limits, upload unlawful content, interfere with other users or infrastructure, reverse engineer protected services except where law expressly allows, or use UpAI to violate another person’s rights.
7. License and ownership
Subject to these terms and Apple’s standard licensed application terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UpAI on Apple devices you own or control. UpAI and its original content, design, software, and branding remain owned by Ali Tanriyar or the applicable licensors.
8. Availability and changes
Features may change as Apple platforms, third-party services, and the product evolve. We may suspend a backend feature for security, abuse, maintenance, legal compliance, or service availability. We will not intentionally suppress an already scheduled or ringing alarm solely because subscription verification is temporarily unavailable.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UpAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy, changes, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. We may update these terms; continued use after a published update means you accept the revised terms where applicable law permits.
